Had a original problem with Bosch wiper blades. Went to website and they said to contact supplier for wiper blade evaluation. So I did. What I got was how long have you had them and did you clean them once a month with alcohol. Yes longer than 3 months and no didn't clean. Manager thinks if you get a years service out of wiper blades that is good. Have a 2004 Dodge Ram with 80,000 miles and this was the third set of blades. I expected much better than what I got from Bosch Icon blades and certainly better evaluation of blades from Advance store manager(thought he would at least look at them). I contacted Bosch and they are suppose to contact me back. Meantime, never Bosch wipers, and new parts store. Feedback: Assume the customer might have a legitimate complaint if after 25 years he has a complaint with a product the store carries. Just a bad experience.

Daughter went in the store to check for a battery and installation. I was waiting in the car, after a long wait I walked inside. She told me that she had not been waited on. The old man behind the counter was talking on the phone and another man in the back was talking on the phone and the phone was ringing. No one said one moment and we will be with you. There were at least three other people in line and they weren't getting service either. Really sad they were so rude and understaffed. Feedback: Waited on us!
